Home Sharing is a certified setting in the community in which an individual lives with a provider, whether it is an individual or a family. Providers are supported to care for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Individuals are carefully matched to a living situation that is a good fit with their interests and needs. As a result, people live integrated, regular lives with the support they need to remain healthy, happy and active.

We also offer non-certified settings with individuals living in the community where they can choose their Circle of Support and staff that will assist them with their needs. Each plan is tailored to the individual and their needs.
