All of our programs offer a comprehensive menu of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management and clinical counseling. Generally, a mental health clinic involves treatment of a fairly short duration. Many people show significant improvement after only a few sessions.

Abbey Bloomquist
LCSW (provides school-based behavioral health services at JHS)
Abbey Bloomquist is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience working in the mental health field. She has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the State University of New York At Buffalo. She provides Behavioral Health Care services at the School Based Health Center at Jamestown High School and assists with the management and coordination of chronic illnesses (anxiety, depression, coping, etc.). she helps her clients who include children, adults and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. She uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Barbara Billings
LMHC NCC Certified
Barbara Billings is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors Inc (NBCC), working at The Resource Center since 2015. She worked in Direct Support while completing the requirements for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University. Upon receiving her second Masters she started with the Counseling and Psychiatric Services at the CAPPA Building in Jamestown. Barbara is a member in good standing of the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE). Her practice focuses on Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress treatment, LGBTGEQIAP+ concerns & advocacy, and Recovery promotion by means of Individual and Group Counseling.

Rosanna Hatfield
LCSW-R, Clinical Site Supervisor
Rosanna Hatfield is currently the Clinical Site Supervisor for The Resource Center’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R. She has worked for the agency in different capacities for over twenty years. Rosanna has experience working with children and adults. She also has experience working with people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. She has been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) & Accelerated and Resolution Therapy to help with addressing trauma. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques during sessions. Rosanna received her Master’s in Social work in 2008 from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Vicky Barone

Vicky Barone is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who works with all ages of clients and those with a variety of mental health needs. She has undergraduate degrees from Jamestown Community College (Humanities), Empire State College (Communications), and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. With 14 years of experience in the mental health field as a licensed therapist, she also has experience as a residential counselor in a treatment facility and as an employment counselor for economically disadvantaged youth. She has specialized training in Reactive Attachment Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Suicide Prevention and special study in Creative Arts Therapy, with work in facilitating groups and teaching adult education classes. In addition to her work with the Resource Center Counseling and Psychiatric Services, Vicky has been employed as a mental health therapist at Beacon Light Behavioral Health and at GA Family Services in their residential facility and school.

Irene Culpepper
LMSW
Irene Culpepper is a Licensed Master Social Worker, completing her Master’s through the University of Buffalo School of Social Work, where she also completed a specialization in working with military Veterans and their families. Irene holds a Family Development Credential through Cornell University and is certified to provide therapy in EMDR, EFT, Equilateral EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Her training and experience with the foster care system, her work with educationally emotionally disturbed youths, extensive work with individuals with substance use disorder, has informed Ms. Culpepper’s decision to use various treatment modalities to address the impact of trauma on an individual’s life course trajectory.

Amanda Stevens
LPN
Amanda Stevens is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She completed her practical nursing degree at Erie 1 BOCES in 2014 and is currently pursuing her Associates in Applied Science of Nursing through Excelsior College. Her ultimate goal is to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in dual diagnosis of addiction. Amanda has worked for TRC since 2014 when she started her nursing career at the Foote Avenue ICF campus. Amanda has been with The Counseling and Psychiatric Services Clinic for a little over 3 years. She has a very active role in the Medication Assisted Treatment program for the clinic. Prior to coming the agency to start her nursing career, Amanda had worked for the agency prior to moving her from the area. During those times she filled DSP and medical aide roles in IRAs, ICFs and Day Habs. While being out of the area she worked for People Inc in the residential setting.

Connie McCracken

Connie McCracken is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She completed her practical nursing degree at BOCES-Cattaraugus in Olean NY in 2008. Connie always makes it known that she was only able to complete the LPN program with the help of her DAD, Gerald Newburg. Connie was a single mom of four children and they lived with her father. Connie has worked for TRC since 2014 at the Celeron A ICF campus in Celeron NY. Connie has been with The Counseling and Psychiatric Services for about 2 and a half years. Prior to coming to the agency Connie worked at The Pavilion Nursing Home as an LPN in Bradford, PA.

Courtney Kuch

Courtney Kuch is a Mental Health Clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. Courtney has over 8 years of experience working in the social work field; specifically, as a foster care specialist and outpatient mental health counselor. She has obtained trainings related to trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment, and interventions associated with working with children and youth. Courtney offers an encouraging approach in helping individuals through their hardships in hopes of facilitating a path toward healing.

ShyAnne is working towards licensure and learning more skills for supporting those who have experienced trauma along with children and families.

Kamie Fields

Kamie Fields is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with a varied population of individuals to support their mental health needs. Kamie received her undergraduate degree in health and human services from SUNY Empire before obtaining her Master’s in Clinical Health Counseling from Medaille College in 2016. Prior to her position with The Resource Center, Kamie was employed as a residential counselor with Transitional Services in Buffalo. Kamie has a background in veterinary medicine and animal health which led to her specialized interest in grief and pet loss. In addition to her work at The Resource Center Counseling and Psychiatric Services, Kamie has liaised with local veterinarians to provide grief support as well as facilitated support groups for pet loss and disenfranchised grief within the community. Kamie recently received certification for Grief Therapy and is currently pursuing certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals.

Sandra J Greenman

Sandra J. Greenman is a Licensed Practical Nurse for The Resource Center Behavioral Health Program. She completed her practical nursing degree at Jamestown Practical Nursing and also has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from SUNY Fredonia. Sandi has worked for TRC since 2009 when she started her nursing career at TRC for the Behavioral Health program located in Dunkirk. Sandi has a very active role within the Article 31 program, Suboxone Program, and in the Article 28 program. Prior to coming the agency, Sandi worked for numerous healthcare agencies including hospitals, physicians, Child Protective Services and within county homes. In her spare time Sandi takes care of her elderly mother and enjoys outdoor activities like riding her motorcycle and kayaking on Lake Erie.
